How to create an account on Saini World? Can I register myself as a Dealer/ Contractor/ Technician/ Professional?
To create an account on Saini world, all you need is to register via a Verified
email address. Once the account is created, you can start shopping by
placing an order.
For dealer and professional - In order to register as dealer or professional,
you can drop your details via the contact us form and our team will assist you
to create an account.
Are there any registration charges?
No, there are no charges for registration.
Can more than one user login to my registered account on the Saini World shopping app/website?
Yes, more than one user can login to the Saini World app or website using a verified email address.
Orders & Shipping
How do I place an order?
To place an order, choose the product and quantity you want to order and add it to the cart. Add your address and choose your preferred payment method. Tap on 'Place Order', and your order will be placed. You will receive an order confirmation mail on your registered email.
Are there any minimum or maximum order limits?
No, there are no minimum or maximum order limits. You can order any quantity of products as per your requirements.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
We deliver orders within 3-4 days of placing the order. For far location orders it depends on the order quantity and delivery vendor. For Bangalore : If you are in bangalore then you can pick your order from the shop, usually your order will be ready in 24 hours. What are the accepted payment modes at Saini World?
At Saini World, you can pay via various payment methods at your convenience. You will find all the payment methods available for you at the ‘Payment Screen’ of the app/website. For the ‘Pay on Delivery’ option, which all payment modes are accepted?
For the ‘Pay on Delivery’ option, you can pay us via credit cards, debit cards, UPI or cash. Please note that as per Government guidelines we can only accept up to ₹2 Lakhs for cash and up to ₹1 lakh for UPI payment on delivery for more information related to payment you can contact us out.
What to do if payment is debited from the bank account but the order is not placed?
The amount will be refunded to the source account within 48 hours. In case you can’t find the transaction within the given time, kindly reach out to us by dialing 1800-572-8344 on any day between 8 am to 8 pm. We will surely do the needful.
Does Saini World provide goods on Credit or EMI?
Currently, goods are sold against full payment only. We will surely keep you posted once the credit facility or EMI option is enabled. Inconvenience regretted.
Can I make partial payments against my order?
Please note that Saini World is currently not accepting partial payments. We are working on it. We will surely keep you posted once the feature is enabled in the coming days. Inconvenience regretted.
Cancellation, Returns & Refund
What is the cancellation policy of Saini World?
At Saini World, you can raise a complete or partial order cancellation request. Please note that cancellation requests are accepted for all orders provided you raise it while the order status is ‘In Process’. Once the product is shipped or the invoice is generated, you won’t be able to cancel that order.You can cancel your order via app/website. To cancel your order visit ‘My Orders’ section of the app/website, select the order you want to cancel and tap on ‘Cancel Items’ button.
Can an order be canceled after it is shipped?

How to raise a return request?
You can raise a return request for delivered orders via app or website. Please follow the steps below -
- Login to your Saini World app/website and visit the ‘My Account’ section.
- Select the order you want to return and click on ‘Return’.
- In the case of 'Pay on Delivery' orders, you will be prompted to enter your bank account details for the refund.
What is the partial return policy of Saini World?
A partial return policy allows you to return a part of your order. However, it will not be accepted if the product is a part of a package or any promotional/ bundled package.You can get the entire refund to your Saini World wallet/source account as applicable. How does refund work for ‘Returns’?
At Saini World, we have a seamless refund process.For prepaid orders, you can opt between Saini World wallet and the source account for processing your refund. How can I check the status of my refund?
In order to check the status of your refund, kindly visit ‘My Orders’ section of the app/website. On clicking the particular returned order, you will get the status of your refund.
